Exchange and Return Policy

At Rollos Tires and Wheels (RTW OEM Wheels), we take pride in our "Old Fashioned" customer service. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction regarding the quality of our reconditioned factory wheels and the safety of our repair procedures. We stand behind our products with a Lifetime Structural Warranty and a 30-Day Return Policy.

1. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please log into the “YOUR ACCOUNT” area on our website, locate your order, and select the items you wish to send back. You will be asked to provide the reason for the return and your desired outcome (Exchange, Repair, or Refund).

IMPORTANT: You must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number BEFORE your wheel technician installs or mounts the part. To obtain an RMA, you may use the website portal, email us at contact@rtwwheels.com, or call us at (832) 493-4061.

2. Return Requirements & Restrictions

  • Fitment Verification: The customer is responsible for verifying all size, finish, and fitment data before purchasing.

  • Condition: Installed, mounted, used, or customer-damaged wheels and tires are not returnable. Once a wheel has been mounted with a tire, it is considered used and ineligible for return.

  • Special Orders: All Special Orders of OEM rims, tires, or wheel/tire packages are "Final Sale" and are not subject to credit.

3. Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Inspect the shipping box immediately upon delivery.

  2. Take clear photos of the box and the damaged product.

  3. Report the damage to us within seven (7) days.

  4. Ensure the wheel is well-packaged for its return. We cannot issue credit for wheels damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging.

4. Fees and Refunds

  • PayPal & Processing Fees: Per PayPal’s policy, original transaction fees (approx. 2.9% + $0.30) are no longer refunded by the processor. These fees will be deducted from any refund issued.

  • Order Cancellations: Cancellations made after an order is processed but before it ships will incur an administrative fee of $20.00 per wheel to cover the labor involved in preparing the order.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges incurred for the return of an item are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. RMA Instructions

The RMA reference number must be clearly visible on the shipping label. This ensures your return is identified and processed promptly upon arrival at our facility.
