1. Methods of Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All credit card transactions are processed using industry-standard encryption to ensure the highest level of security for our customers.

2. Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: In most cases, we process merchandise for shipping within 24 hours of receiving clear payment.

  • Shipping Cut-off: Our shipping cut-off time is 1:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday.

  • Locations: We ship to physical addresses only; we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

    • Continental US: UPS Ground service.

    • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: USPS Priority Mail (additional charges apply).

    • Canada: UPS Standard service.

    • Worldwide: USPS Priority Mail International (where available).

  • Shipping Damage: Customers must inspect all packages immediately. Any damage must be reported to contact@rtwwheels.com within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.

3. Fitment & Condition

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for verifying vehicle fitment before placing an order. Once a wheel has been mounted with a tire, it is non-returnable.

  • Condition: We sell New, Used, and Reconditioned OEM wheels. Reconditioned wheels are restored to meet or exceed industry aesthetic and safety standards.

4. Warranty, Returns & Exchanges

  • Lifetime Warranty: We offer a Lifetime Warranty on the structural integrity of our wheels. This covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by road hazards, accidents, or improper installation.

  • 30-Day Return Policy: If you are not satisfied, you may return unmounted wheels within 30 days.

  • Restocking & Shipping: We do not charge a restocking fee. However, original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • Process: To start a return, log into "Your Account" on our site, select the order, and submit a return request.

5. Core Returns

If your purchase includes a Core Return:

  • The core must be shipped back in the original packaging provided.

  • Cores must be rebuildable (no structural cracks or severe bends) to receive full credit.

  • Credits are issued following a technical inspection of the returned core.

6. Sales Tax

Sales Tax will be charged to residents of the State of Texas unless a valid Commercial Resale Certificate is on file with our office prior to the transaction.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rollos, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including labor costs, towing, or loss of use. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
