I want to tell you that I've purchased a Cadillac SRX rim in the wrong finish. After a bad experience with an Ebay seller, I was very mistrusting of online sellers, but Horatio issued me an RMA to return the wheel and look for the right finish to exchange. He stayed with me throughout the few days it took to realize the exchange and keept me informed. Thumbs up! Thanks.
